Operations Specialist - Corporate Actions

GW&K Investment Management is seeking an Operations Specialist – Corporate Actions to support various aspects of Investment Operations. The role involves portfolio reconciliation, corporate actions processing, and collaboration with team members to ensure data reputed company and minimize financial risk.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Operational support for Advisory, private reputed company & institutional accounts
• Utilize automated reconciliation system for assigned accounts (daily/monthly) to ensure that reputed company accounts are in reputed company daily and positions monthly or reputed company
• Identify cash, transaction, and position discrepancies between GW&K and custodian banks reputed company internal systems and external custodian sites
• Research and resolve issues reputed company by interacting with the teams reputed company operations along with the custodians' web tools to maintain data reputed company and minimize financial risk
• Conduct/review data checks reputed company day to ensure information on GW&K’s system is correct and troubleshoot any errors
• Assist with training other operations team members and reputed company coverage reputed company needed
• Closely monitor our Corporate Actions Dashboard and other data sources to process actions accurately and in a reputed company manner
• Work with portfolio managers and traders to choose the appropriate corporate reputed company reputed company
• Collaborate with traders to add and remove trade restrictions on securities as needed
• Process transactions to reputed company reputed company systems where necessary as reputed company to reputed company accounts
• Contact custodians to ensure reputed company booking of corporate actions in reputed company accounts
• Ensure corporate reputed company events are processed and integrated into clients' accounts, then reconciled against the custodians’ records to maintain data reputed company and reliability. Other responsibilities as determined by the group manager

Skills

• College degree and 1-2 years prior reputed company industry experience
• The desire to understand portfolio reputed company & process
• Familiarity or exposure to domestic & international equities, municipal bonds, corporate bonds, and mortgage-backed securities
• Demonstrate a strong interest in deepening understanding of technology-reputed company issues, tasks and responsibilities and reputed company engaging in technology initiatives and reputed company
• Must be proficient in reputed company office applications
• Excellent attention to detail a must
