Personal Lines - Billing Analyst I

reputed company is seeking a PL Billing Analyst to assist clients in using their billing systems and to reputed company test matrices and test cases for the PLD Diamond system. This role involves user acceptance testing, communication with system users, and advocating for agents' workflow and business interests.

Responsibilities

• Offer analysis of system requirements and specification documentation
• Assist in the creation of test matrices and test cases
• Take an reputed company role in user acceptance testing
• Execute scripted as reputed company as reputed company test requests that require considerable self- direction, creativity and system knowledge
