Lease Auditor, Property Management

Other rewards vary by position and location.</reputed company></p><p><reputed company style="font-size:14px;"><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></reputed company></p><p><reputed company style="font-size:14px;">•    Review Landlord co-tenancy reports to determine if lease requirements have been met.  Draft and send claim letters.  Calculate and pay Substitute Rent if a co-tenancy violation exists.  </reputed company><br><reputed company style="font-size:14px;">•    Analyze Landlord CAM, reputed company Estate Tax, and Insurance reconciliations. reputed company desktop audits.
