Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Relations Specialist to join our team as a Call Center Agent, working from the comfort of your own home. This exciting opportunity supports our retail pharmacy stores, where you will be the voice of arenaflex, responding to customer calls on our dedicated line. Your superb customer service skills will be essential in assisting pharmacy customers, serving as a customer advocate, and interpreting company procedures and policies to delight our valuable customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls in a manner reflective of arenaflex's purpose and values, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
  • Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, responding to customers via phone or written communications with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner, upholding our goals of delivery through responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing, demonstrating strong communication and organization skills.
  • Utilize strong PC skills, toggling between different applications, including Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office, to efficiently manage customer interactions and data.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, with the ability to complete a paid company training program and work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Standard Time, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations.
  • Prior inbound Call Center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.
  • Previous experience working from home, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and customer needs.
