Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide and resolve basic technical issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a reliable and secure connection
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, with the ability to work from home and meet our technical requirements
