Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to find information and resolve client issues

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of customer care, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven call center environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with integrity and a high level of professionalism

- Ability to provide solid client support while listening, eliciting information effectively, understanding, and resolving client issues
- Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication
- Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets
