- Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience
- Providing technical support to customers navigating our website, ensuring that they can easily access the information and services they need
- Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure that we maximize our relationship with them and build long-term trust and loyalty

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, able to navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered for this role
Preferred Qualifications
