About Our Remote Work Opportunity
Our arenaflex work-from-home team is currently hiring in 40 preferred residency states across the USA. Please note that we are not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be using your knowledge and skills to help others and provide them with peace of mind. Whether it's answering customer questions, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve:
- Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conducting research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing product or service information to customers, recognizing, applying, and explaining your knowledge to resolve their issues
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:
- Minimum six (6) months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer experience, with proficiency in software applications and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment
