About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Equipment Finance department within Commercial Banking Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and issues related to complex financial products and services, providing best-in-class customer experiences, and adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Support financial products and services, identifying opportunities to improve the customer service experience and offering solutions to resolve internal and external customer issues, providing first-call resolution whenever possible
- Perform moderately complex customer support tasks, receiving direction from customer service supervisors and escalating non-routine questions as needed
- Interact with the customer service team to resolve complex customer issues, providing training on policies and procedures, and offering guidance to less experienced individuals, as well as internal and external customers
- Manage risk by following all policies and procedures, staying abreast of changes, and maintaining a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver seamless customer experiences, navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools to find information and assist customers with program usage
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- A strong customer service focus, with the ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend customer issues and needs, and recommend solutions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills, with the ability to quickly learn business operations and processes
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Financial services experience and/or contact center experience
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Experience working in a hybrid schedule environment, with the ability to work additional hours as needed

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
