About the Role: Customer Service Representative – Remote

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranties, and providing top-notch support to resolve any issues or concerns they may have. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about warranty products and services, ensuring customers understand their coverage and benefits
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer concerns, empathize with their needs, and provide personalized solutions to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating cases as necessary to ensure prompt resolution
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction targets, call handling times, and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide informed support and recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on conflict resolution and issue management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues and exceeding expectations
  • Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
  • Familiarity with warranty products and services, including GAP coverage, vehicle theft, and GPS tracking
  • Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a strong understanding of the technologies and tools used to support customer interactions
