**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and growth. You'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing business clients, providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients, responding to a variety of requests and inquiries
* Provide support and information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to offer solutions and recommendations that meet customer needs
* Document customer interactions and track call types to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
* Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume call centers or customer service roles
* Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience a plus
* Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
* A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations, with a focus on de-escalation and resolution
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple calls simultaneously
* Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel), with the ability to navigate information systems and internet
* SAP experience a plus
* Previous experience in the optical industry a plus
* Ability to connect hardwire/ethernet, with no reliance on hotspots/WiFi
* Equipment will be provided while on assignment (will be picked up by candidate at Port Washington office) no exceptions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual French speaking a plus
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
