As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Utilizing knowledge of company products and services, as well as excellent customer service skills, to address issues, provide support, offer information, and place orders. * Correctly documenting customer interactions and tracking call types to maintain support service levels and uphold Customer Service standards. * Owning follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability. * Taking inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift. * Performing all other duties as assigned by management. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience. * Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus. * Ability to answer high call volumes (up to 80 calls per day). * Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills. * A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations. * Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel). * SAP experience is a plus. * Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus. * Ability to navigate information systems and internet. * Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Bilingual French speaking skills. * Previous experience in a customer-facing role. * Knowledge of company products and services. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace and equipment provided by arenaflex.
