**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing accurate and timely customer service by phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to arenaflex products and services
* Handling complex escalated inquiries from customers, utilizing your problem-solving skills and expertise to find effective solutions
* Recording and maintaining detailed notes about interactions with customers, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge sharing across teams

**Essential Qualifications**
