**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:
* Support customers over the phone, identify their issues, and help resolve them
* Assist with questions related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
* Record customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
* Work towards set goals to help you develop professionally
**Your Qualifications**
* You must be fluent and understand Danish
* You must reside in Denmark (note: you'll work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
* You have a high level of English proficiency
* You're interested in technology and not afraid to dive into technical challenges
* You know what good customer service is and are motivated to deliver it
* You have a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
