**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing timely and effective support for Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system to ensure timely and accurate processing
* Collaborate with technicians to close out orders and resolve any issues that may arise
* Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on, ensuring seamless communication with clients
* Update information through data entry, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
* Run reports and update trackers as needed to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
* Assist with logistics and system-related issues, providing technical support as needed
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1 year of customer service experience preferred, with a strong focus on technical support and problem-solving
* Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients
* Follow-through and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on time management and organization
* Ability to work independently, with a willingness to research and suggest creative solutions to complex problems
* Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
**Schedule**
* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift
* 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and overtime as needed
