About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced customer service professionals to join our team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials up to $4.00 per hour, and bilingual differentials for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle emergency signals and respond promptly to alarm activations
- Notify and verify alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response
- Dispatch proper authorities, such as police or fire departments, as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residential and commercial customers
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or emergency response environment
- Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility required, as we operate 24/7
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications and technology systems
- Ability to commute to our Manasquan, New Jersey location for training and occasional on-site work
- Residency within 45 minutes of Manasquan, New Jersey is required for this position
