Job Summary and Objective

In this exciting role, you will interact with business customers via phone and email to provide assistance with their wireless products and services. As a liaison between customers, business representatives, and arenaflex support paths, you will resolve credit, customer service, and billing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Confer with businesses by telephone and email to provide information about products and services, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of business interactions or transactions with assigned B2B representatives, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Process service requests through appropriate arenaflex channels to facilitate timely reconciliation, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct account analysis and reviews, preparing proposals and presenting solutions to businesses to enhance their wireless experience.
  • Follow up with businesses to document their experience with our service, gathering feedback and using it to improve our processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Contact businesses to align with arenaflex B2B representatives for optimal care, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Daily use of Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets to manage customer data, track interactions, and analyze trends.
  • Extensive and accurate typing required, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required, with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications.
  • Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with customer service over the phone preferred, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
