Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer service and sales calls, addressing issues in a calm and composed manner, and providing support to the manager
- Developing relationships with customers and utilizing technology to efficiently source information and resolve queries
- Onboarding and training new users to the platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience
- Assisting customers in navigating our real estate technology platform, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance when necessary
- Educating customers on the benefits of our technology solutions and how they can optimize their real estate transactions and property management using our tools
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our technology offerings, staying up-to-date with product updates and improvements to provide accurate information to customers
- Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy, striving to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to facilitate continuous improvement and tailor services to customer preferences
- Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, technology sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Experience with outbound calling and business development strategies, with a proven track record of success in negotiating and closing sales deals
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines, with experience using Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office
- Computer knowledge and familiarity with Dropbox, Slack, and Zoom
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential real estate transaction knowledge and familiarity with real estate documents/title (deed, mortgage, easements, property report, taxes)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a strong ability to multitask and build interdepartmental relationships
- Previous experience in the real estate technology industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of the market and its trends
