**Job Summary**
As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with our online platform. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting arenaflex products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide superb customer service to clients by taking calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful approach
* Answer client messages with clear, succinct, and step-by-step guidelines
* Data entry and examination within various PC applications, including our online catalog (www.arenaflex.com)
* Information and research orders/solicitations
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Expected Qualifications – Prerequisites**
* Solid PC skills, and experience in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Great critical thinking skills, adapting quickly to change, and attention to detail
* Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient grammar and writing skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset
