As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to driving business success and improving patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Intraday and continuous monitoring of Avaya CMS, Five9, CAS disconnected lines, Verint WFM, Viewpoint, Avaya Prescient Dialer, and CAS for volume, including inbound calls, outbound calls, faxes, and other disconnected capabilities, including non-creation time (meetings, preparation stages, etc.) * Changing work processes/abilities and staff/timetables to ensure service levels and performance objectives are met, including checking of representative adherence to plan * Participating and presenting on Adhoc, daily, weekly, quarterly meetings with colleagues and team on work process/booking concerns/estimates and staffing changes * Providing and maintaining reports/information in CMS, Verint WFM, and other pertinent data sets/assets * Maintaining correspondence to messages in a professional and timely manner to address service levels and the issues of the business * Reviewing waitlisted PTO for additional approvals which may fall within business boundaries * Framework support of workers' onboarding and terms * Individual Improvement of skills to maintain range of skills and professional success **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, computer science) * At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer support environment with genuine experience in labor force management * At least 1+ years of experience in data analysis/information mining/union translation of call center volume determining * At least 6+ months of experience in applied utilization of intraday and continuous monitoring of Avaya CMS and CAS disconnected lines, Verint WFM, Viewpoint WFM, or IEX labor force management tools, including cloud-based as well as Avaya comparable dialer program * Ability to participate in projects and work in teams to advance/create/keep up with professional associations with all site faculty * Ability to sort, focus, and manage various tasks consistently with a high level of detail * Ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve complex issues considering different variables from numerous data assets * Ability to recognize, break down, and resolve complex issues including various elements in limited completion time and provide strong factual data is a vital part of this job * Ability to provide and maintain successful written communication through email, office communicator/Skype, as well as, verbal communication for estimating, booking, reports; information demands, representative time off support (approved PTO and unapproved nonattendances/FMLA) * Ability to work with multiple teams to procure, investigate information trends and convey staffing/booking requirements to Activities, Merchants, Clients, and other internal teams via email/introductions/Webex/phone calls * Self-motivated with strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently * Ability to work in a high-production, time-sensitive environment * Willingness to focus on and manage various tasks * Demonstrated ability in issue-solving **Preferred Qualifications** * 3-5 years of experience in high-volume customer support environment with genuine experience in labor force management * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to learn new software's * Ability to break new ground * Ability to acquire and analyze large sets of data * Experience with estimating and planning for a PBM setting * Secondary School Diploma or GED required.
