**Position Summary**
We're seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division in North Carolina. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your priorities in and outside of work. You'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing personalized support and guidance
* Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
* Receive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
* Offer solutions to help simplify members' health care experiences
* Learn more about health care and expand your own experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers (call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
* At least 6 months of health care experience
