Our team is passionate about making a positive impact, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Building rapport and responding to plan participants in a compassionate and professional manner * Customizing your customer service approach to meet the unique needs and communication styles of each participant * Handling confidential information with sensitivity and discretion, in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements * Demonstrating knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company and client procedures and guidelines, providing accurate and timely information * Maintaining and documenting complete and accurate call and case notes in a professional manner * Regularly participating in team meetings and training sessions * Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager **Desired Qualifications** We're looking for individuals with: * Effective communication skills (verbal and written), high-level attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to organize work * Computer savvy, with experience using MS Office and ability to juggle multiple open computer windows at a time * Comfortable working in a virtual environment, including online training and chat interactions * Typing speed of at least 30 WPM * Bilingual candidates (Spanish or French) encouraged to apply! **Other Details to Know** * This team is hiring for seasonal work, with opportunities to transition to permanent employment for top performers * Standard business hours are 8am-7pm, with extended hours during busy season * This role is REMOTE, but you must live within 2 hours of the client site in Pittsburgh (must be willing to travel onsite for your first day, but additional training will be remote) * Onsite or hybrid schedules also available! **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
