As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building relationships with our customers. If you're a people person with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Connect directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns * Conduct thorough investigations and issue resolution to provide suitable answers to customers, think proactively, and set follow-up meetings on a case-by-case basis to ensure issue resolution * Work with empathy, undivided attention, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike * Collaborate with colleagues, your immediate supervisor, and other teams across the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to an engaging customer-driven culture of collaboration * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention **Essential Qualifications** * 2 years of customer service experience * Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation * Ability to multitask (e.g., keep a conversation on the phone while searching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to assist with supporting our customers * Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization * Flexibility to adjust your schedule and work beyond 40 hours as needed by the team * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) * Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools * Certification in customer service or a related field **Technical Requirements** * A dedicated workspace that is large enough to accommodate computer screens and is free from distractions, including any background noise that may impact the customer experience * A webcam-friendly workspace * A reliable, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed) (You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your internet service provider) * A wireless or tablet device that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Confirm (options include a smartphone or tablet on which the Okta mobile app can be downloaded, or a phone that can receive SMS messages and calls) **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the pet industry * Comprehensive training and development program to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Flexible scheduling and remote work options * Opportunities for career growth and advancement **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
