This role is critical in organizing procurement and delivery across Design, external vendors, and internal teams like Business Operations, Legal, and Procurement. As a Technical Operations Coordinator within the Design Services Product Team, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and delivering information related to vendor management and best practices from a design and technology perspective on behalf of ESPN, Hulu+, Hulu, ABC, and other partners. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with internal colleagues (Design, Product) to understand technology requirements and equipment details. * Examine and source potential vendor quotes for technology products and services. * Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services. * Track and manage technology budgets and spending. * Maintain accurate records of all technology purchases and vendor contracts. * Create and maintain strong relationships with key providers. Coordinate vendor onboarding and serve as a level 1 for partner escalations. * Confirm receipt of equipment at locations, Manage inventory stock, RMA Strategies. * Support multi-faceted information on physical on-prem impression and planning of services/items. * Applies professional-level technical expertise and judgment to provide non-routine technical support for PC/server farm operations. * Installs, configures, and fixes server and non-workstation equipment, software, systems, and other assets in a server farm or other centralized PC network setting. * Maintains access control, data integrity, and document system security for the PC/server farm environment. * Monitors, tracks, and records system performance and usage metrics. * Conveys highly technical information to both technical and non-technical staff. Suggests solutions, equipment, and software arrangements, including new acquisitions and updates, to improve PC/server farm efficiency. * May participate in the development of data technology and system projects. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Four-year degree required. * Experience working with remote and global teams is a plus. * Experience in technical operations teams is a plus. * Project management experience that demonstrates the ability to organize, track, and see through to a successful outcome. * Should be extremely proficient in written and oral communication and able to create concise, meaningful, and decisively determined reports and presentations to leaders. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to analyze data and metrics to support decisions and assess results. * Proven experience working in multi-functional teams. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Compensation and Benefits:** The base salary for this position in New York is $73,400 to $98,400 per year. The actual salary offered will consider internal value and may change based on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications among other factors.
