**Our Ideal Customer Service Representative**
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to accounts receivable billing inquiries, and processing payments. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding accounts receivable and billing issues
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues in accordance with state and federal regulations
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Assist in the implementation and onboarding of new clients onto the company's platform
* Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively utilize the platform
* Monitor client accounts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on performance
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management roles
* Basic data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
