About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Customer Relations Representative to join our Brand Engagement Center (BEC) team. As a BEC Advocate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving owner satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries and concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Directly interface with customers by responding to incoming phone calls regarding inquiries and/or complaints
  • Analyze customer concerns and handle them accordingly, taking ownership of incoming communication and investigating and resolving various questions and concerns
  • Combine active listening with proactive decision-making skills to benefit our customers, multitasking daily and utilizing multiple software applications at once
  • Research unique customer requests using online resources and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Support in-vehicle technology and apps, assisting customers with setting up and troubleshooting their multi-media products, phone pairing, and navigation
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence to effectively support a low-effort customer experience
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, as these are essential for this position

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced customer-facing or phone environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Automotive experience (i.e., dealership, technician, worked for another automotive company, etc.)
  • Experience working with technology (i.e., Bluetooth pairing, navigation, smartphone)
  • Familiarity with social media

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a starting salary of $54,500 and benefits that are effective on day one.
