Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Creating accurate spreadsheets to track and analyze data, and entering and updating information into relevant databases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored securely, and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered or discrepancies found.
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval, and handling additional duties from time to time as required by the team or management.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure data consistency and integrity across different departments and systems.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
