**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Compiling reports and importing information by entering and retrieving data from multiple systems and resources
* Organizing, maintaining, and coordinating files and records to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Collaborating with internal users and external resources to address business objectives and issues
* Ensuring and measuring the integrity of master data to maintain data quality and consistency
* Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and complying with data privacy policies
* Conducting regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency
* Identifying and correcting errors in data entries to maintain data accuracy
* Ensuring secure storage and disposal of confidential data to protect our clients' sensitive information
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience working in data entry, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
* Working experience with homeless families or individual population is a plus, but not required
* Excellent working knowledge of computer-based work environments, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity
