Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Customer Support and Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to Medicaid Providers and Members. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service primarily by telephone to Medicaid Providers and/or Members, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers with coverage and claims-related questions, ensuring that they receive accurate and timely information to help them make informed decisions
  • Accurately interpreting benefits and policy provisions for beneficiaries, ensuring that they understand their rights and responsibilities under their healthcare plans
  • Conducting research and follow-up for prompt resolution of disputed claims, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Documenting calls clearly and consistently in the computer system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically with Medicaid or Medicare, with a strong understanding of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Ability to follow written policies and procedures, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; may hold a 2-year post-high school degree or a Bachelor's degree, with a strong educational foundation in a related field
