Job Overview

In this critical position, you will work closely with arenaflex's Art, Design, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in the game development process. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting, developing, and maintaining arenaflex's existing set of engine-specific and custom tools, as well as building and guiding custom asset pipelines to support the growth of the company's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in the game development technique across disciplines
• Maintain, extend, and support present development tools and gear
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines to enhance the development process
