Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previously cleared for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only)

  • Previous experience with FEMA Call Center, or similar emergency response environments
