As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Processing exchange deal purchases in client profiles and identifying/resolving discrepancies between arenaflex and fund firms or transfer agents * Processing Corporate Action Events, settling/reconciling move tasks, and processing/reconciling reward tasks * Conducting research on complex/escalated issues and performing testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements * Accomplishing tasks in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliations, and Corporate Actions that directly impact client/advisor accounts * Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce * Representing arenaflex in our daily relationships with fund providers, transfer brokers, converse agencies, and other external business partners * Analyzing and resolving membership agreements or transfer demands, client/advisor level exemptions, and regulatory responsibilities (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Reconciling Field, Returns, and Transfer Damages around BOS and Fund Firms * Assessing and analyzing correct tax programming and corrections of income tax coding * Troubleshooting internal/external system enhancements or concerns and identifying sources of ruptures between arenaflex, the Fund, etc. * Providing process or technology solution options to Monitoring * Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Agency * Responding to client or organization partner inquiries concerning Fund specific requirements/eligibility * Delivering action on Substitute Investment transmissions to expedite the client request or remediate not neat issues * Quick and accurate conclusion of customer exchanging and reward requests **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with arenaflex's systems and processes * Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Experience with cloud-based applications and software as a service (SaaS) **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong commitment to customer satisfaction * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will have opportunities to: * Develop your skills and expertise in data entry, reconciliation, and related areas * Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality services * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills * Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex, a leading organization in the financial services industry * Enjoy a flexible work-from-home arrangement, with opportunities for remote work and flexible scheduling **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
