Responsibilities
- Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Upselling products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support.
- Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Utilizing excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
