About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Data Maintenance and Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working 25 hours a week, spread across five days (Monday to Friday). This is a permanent contract position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the option to work remotely from the Netherlands, Spain, France, or Italy.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Maintenance and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Data administration: Logging and conveying data recorded and transmitted by customers into our systems
- Data acquisition: Assisting our workshop customers through active acquisition of data and information retrieval/procurement
- Access management: Creating customer accounts for access to our online information systems
- Customer support: Supporting our customers by responding to inquiries via email
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- First experience in contact with customers, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer support
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- IT affinity and confident handling of work on a PC, with a strong understanding of data administration and management
- Fluency in German and English language skills (B1 or higher level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
