Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas : General Liability, Product Liability, Construction Defect, Catastrophic Injury, Wrongful Death, Transportation / Trucking, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Auto, Habitability, Personal Injury, reputed company Liability, Civil Litigation, Municipal, Environmental / Toxic Tort, Insurance Defense. reputed company to work fully remote or hybrid in any of their CA office locations.
