Postpartum Support International (PSI) is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization working to promote awareness, prevention and treatment of mental health issues related to childbearing. PSI supports families, provides expert training to providers, and creates a bridge between families and informed resources.
PSI board and staff are a team of dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to alleviating distress and improving outcomes for expectant and new parents.

The position is a fully remote contract position, and is estimated to be [25] hours per week.
The Hubspot Manager oversees and optimizes the use of HubSpot's platform for communication, engagement, and building community through technology, marketing, sales, and customer service operations. This role reports to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and will lend their expertise to a wide range of tasks, primarily with the database/CRM, its integrations and other online tools. The position supports The Climb’s operations including fundraising, volunteer training, and outreach. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, receive feedback, participate in timely communication with team members and volunteers, handle a changing work environment, and be flexible around tasks and responsibilities. They will have capacity for the logical thinking needed to build queries/reports, be able to perform repetitive tasks, and leverage HubSpot's capabilities to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
A program of Postpartum Support International (PSI), The Climb is the world’s largest event dedicated to raising awareness & understanding of perinatal mental health disorders. Hosted annually in the spring and fall, volunteers organize free community events to offer connection points between parents, professionals, and support services, while fundraising for care during this critical period of time. We gather in recognition of each individual’s Climb out of perinatal mental health complications, and onto recovery.
Qualifications
• Non-profit employment experience.
• Deep understanding of HubSpot's capabilities and functionalities.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to instruct colleagues on use of hubspot.
• Experience with data management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service, and valuing constituents including donors/members, staff, volunteers, and vendors.
• Ability to ethically operate with confidential data and online safety/privacy
• Proficiency in other relevant marketing technologies such as Constant Contact (preferred).
Key functions and responsibilities
This is a new position, and our organization is growing, so the responsibilities will evolve over time.
• Attend team meetings and one on ones.
• Managing the platform's maintenance of HubSpot, specifically for training and communication
• Ensure that existing workflows maintain clean operation and support the Climbs needs.
• Ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and proper organization of contacts, events, and teams within HubSpot how the data is structured.
• Importing data from spreadsheets into CRM
• Collaborating with other team members in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), creating reports, and analyzing data to assess for improvement and optimization in real time.
• Collaborating with staff and specialists on integrative projects.
• Collaborate with the Research & Impact department as program evolves to support organized growth of overall processes.
• Working with the team to align on strategies and ensure consistent data and processes.
• Providing training and support to Climb Office on how to effectively utilize HubSpot's features.
• Contributing toward the organization’s ongoing improvement in diversity/equity/inclusion (DEI) work
• Other duties as assigned.
Compensation and benefits
The starting salary for this position is $34.00 per hour. As a remote position and consultant the Hubspot Manager uses their own computer & internet service.

Requirements
• Lives in USA
• 3 or more years of experience with Hubspot
• 1 year of experience working for a non-profit
• 1 year of experience with Classy, Go Fund Me & Double the Donation fundraising software (preferred)
