You’ll be: • Guide tax preparers using top-tier tax software. • Assist with tax return questions, including form input and moderate to complex calculations. • Provide support via phone, email, and chat for system/content issues. • Identify, resolve, or escalate issues as needed and document interactions. • Maintain product and customer data confidentiality. • Document resolutions for recurring inquiries. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Familiarity with CCH tax and accounting software • HS completed • Experience in a customer support or help desk role • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when necessary • Additional responsibilities as assigned. • Please note that this Remote Bilingual Tax Software Support role may require evening and weekend availability during peak seasons to meet objectives. • Bilingual English/Spanish Salary compensation: • Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour • Training is paid and scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time for 3 to 4 weeks. • After training, your shifts may fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, with occasional weekend assignments.
