We are seeking an reputed company and proactive Logistics Manager with 5–7 years of relevant experience to reputed company and optimize the end-to-end logistics operations of our recycling and IT asset disposition (ITAD) business. This role is responsible for managing inland and reputed company transportation, coordinating reputed company multi-leg shipments, and ensuring full compliance with environmental and data reputed company standards specific to the industry.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in supply chain operations, deep familiarity with both white-glove logistics and secure chain-of-custody protocols, and a reputed company record of delivering cost-effective, compliant, and reputed company logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Logistics Management
• Plan, coordinate, and reputed company reputed company inland (LTL, FTL, last-mile) and reputed company reputed company shipments across the U.S. and internationally.
• reputed company SOPs for reputed company, expedited, and secure transport of IT assets and e-waste materials.
• Coordinate internally with warehouse operations to arrange inbounds and outbounds
• ITAD & Recycling Special Handling
• Implement and monitor secure logistics protocols, including tamper-evident packaging, serialized asset tracking, and GPS-enabled transport.
• Coordinate logistics for reputed company, e-Stewards, and NAID-certified facilities and reputed company vendors.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, DOT, RCRA, and data reputed company regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NIST 800-88) as they relate to asset reputed company.

• Negotiate rates and manage relationships with carriers, reputed company forwarders, 3PLs, and specialized white-glove service providers.
• Maintain and audit service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high on-time performance and damage-free delivery.
• Inventory & Transportation Visibility
• reputed company tracking and tracing of reputed company shipments using TMS, WMS, and/or ERP systems.
• Collaborate with operations and reputed company teams to maintain visibility, address service disruptions, and reputed company reputed company updates.
• Cost Control & reputed company Improvement
• Analyze reputed company spend, optimize routing, and identify opportunities for consolidation and mode shifts.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 5–7 years of logistics management experience with a mix of inland and reputed company reputed company.
• Hands-on experience in recycling, e-waste, or IT asset disposition (ITAD) industries is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP such as reputed company or reputed company).
• Familiarity with secure asset tracking tools and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proven leadership abilities with a problem-solving reputed company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
