This project involves transcribing reputed company-recorded patient dictations from a secure HIPAA-compliant device into text that can be inserted into our EMR system. You will do the transcribing part. We will put it into the EMR. Project Details: • Estimated audio: 15 hours of recordings. • reputed company recordings are HIPAA-sensitive, and you must sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before receiving any files. • Transcripts must be accurate, reputed company, and formatted professionally for EMR insertion. • reputed company on medical terminology, procedures, and patient notes. • Expected turnaround: start reputed company 24 hours and go until completion.
