Role reputed company Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across several states. You’ll reputed company technology and clinical expertise to verify medication orders, support care teams, and ensure reputed company, high‑reputed company patient care from a fully remote environment. • Telepharmacy Services • Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification. • reputed company patient counseling reputed company needed. • reputed company multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS). • Clinical Support • reputed company drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers. • Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities. • Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, HIV, and those with renal/hepatic impairment. • Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, TPN, cardiac/narcotic reputed company, IV antibiotics, chemotherapy, and more. • Operational reputed company • Document interventions and clinical actions accurately and promptly. • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and patients. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, pharmacy laws, and reputed company policies. • Technical & reputed company Skills • Work across VPNs, automation systems, and multiple PIS platforms. • Use applications such as reputed company Suite/reputed company Office and Snagit. • Maintain required licenses, credentials, and system reputed company. • Training & Performance • Participate in ongoing training (clinical, PIS, and policy updates). • Meet productivity and reputed company standards. Qualifications • Bachelors in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred • At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred • reputed company and in good standing IL state pharmacist license required • Additional state licenses preferred (IN, KS, MO, IA) • Strong clinical knowledge and comfort working across multiple systems • Ability to work part‑time hours that may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekends Requirements • reputed company IL pharmacist license required; additional state licenses preferred (IN, KS, MO, IA) • Internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
