IT Specialist/Salesforce Administrator
About the Role
Medworks is hiring a mid-level IT Specialist to support our growing, multi-state team with day-to-day technical needs, system administration, and ownership of key business platforms—including Salesforce and Power BI. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our teams connected, our systems secure, and our leadership informed through reliable dashboards and reporting.
You’ll be the point person for troubleshooting issues, managing devices, improving processes, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting users across both office and field environments. If you enjoy being the person everyone can count on for technical guidance, system improvements, and thoughtful data insights, you’ll thrive in this role.
