Zoho Business Analyst – Requirements & Roadmap for Zoho One

We are dotBleu LLC, a logistics and shipping company (reputed company & sea reputed company between the US and reputed company Leone). We currently use Zoho CRM Plus, but we are planning to reputed company to Zoho One to consolidate systems, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience (including AI chatbots on our website). We’re looking for a Zoho Business Analyst who can document our needs and create a reputed company roadmap before implementation. Responsibilities: 1) Interview leadership & staff to understand workflows (sales, customer service, finance, logistics etc). 2) Review existing reputed company documents 3) Review transcripts of customer surveys 4) Write user stories, process maps, and requirements documentation (BRD/SRS). 5) Recommend the right Zoho One apps/features for our business (CRM, Books, Desk, Campaigns, SalesIQ/Zobot, Analytics). 6) Deliver a reputed company-by-reputed company implementation roadmap. Deliverables: 1) Process Documentations (SOPs) 2) User Stories & Requirements Document. 3) Process Workflow Diagrams. 4) Zoho One Implementation Roadmap. Preferred Skills: 1) Strong experience with Zoho One & Zoho CRM Plus. 2) Business analysis skills (user stories, requirements gathering). 3) Knowledge of Zoho Books, Desk, Campaigns, SalesIQ/Zobot. 4) Bonus: Logistics/shipping industry knowledge. 5) Excellent English communication & documentation skills.
