Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high levels of quality and attention to detail.
  • Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's processes and procedures.
  • Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes as needed.
  • Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards and adhering to the company's strict data protection policies.
  • Professionally interact with other staff members as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Work until all tasks are completed for the day, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform other basic office duties as assigned, showing flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
