About the Role

As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of an organically diverse team that values contribution, support, and the well-being of all members. Your primary responsibility will be to interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, with the goal of selling products and services, processing customer orders and sales, providing and receiving information, and offering basic customer service support. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention, explaining products and/or services to up-sell and cross-sell to new and current customers.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport with customers.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services, assisting in correcting billing concerns and delivering expert customer experiences.
  • Utilize computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based applications, to efficiently manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and/or Call Centre experience) is beneficial, demonstrating your ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to changing situations, and continuously improve your knowledge and performance.
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution.
