About the Role
As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of an organically diverse team that values contribution, support, and the well-being of all members. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention, explaining products and/or services to up-sell and cross-sell to new and current customers.

- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services, assisting in correcting billing concerns and delivering expert customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and/or Call Centre experience) is beneficial, demonstrating your ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to changing situations, and continuously improve your knowledge and performance.
