What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Help customers resolve technical issues and answer questions about our products and services
  • Assist in correcting billing concerns and resolving customer complaints
  • Ensure the appropriateness of social media content and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, providing personalized support and solutions to our customers

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Must have the ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord and have a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
  • The ability to work rotational shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends
