Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer experiences and high team performance

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a contact center, shared services center, or fast-paced office operations environment
