Job Summary
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for delivering a positive client experience, using consultative skills to anticipate client needs, propose solutions, and provide arrangements. This role requires a high level of expertise in every aspect of our business, including print, signs and graphics, and delivery. The successful candidate will be liable for taking orders, planning activities in the store, providing pricing and product information, and suggesting suitable arenaflex products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, using consultative skills to anticipate client needs and provide solutions
- Take complex client orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information
- Collect, allocate, and prepare products for transportation, including packaging, weighing, and labeling
- Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using client-provided unique media and records
- Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location, including stocking materials and managing retail supply
- Process financial transactions using a retail location terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and careful treatment of documents, media, and packages
- Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper presentation of all retail area product and signage
- Take proactive measures to prevent errors and waste
- Complete required financial administrative work and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits
Essential Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ years of specific experience in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain standing during whole shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees, consistently
- Ability to discuss effectively with clients, vendors, and other colleagues, consistently
- Ability to perform work activities requiring attention and instruction, consistently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure, consistently
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge of print, signs and graphics, and delivery products and services
- Experience with order systems and financial transactions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
