About the Role
We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic customer service professionals who are passionate about providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional service
- Take messages, record, and relay information on behalf of our clients
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries
- Navigate appointment scheduling, answer questions, and serve as the front line for our clients
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
- Live in Georgia (remote work opportunities available)
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, private workspace (if working remotely)
- Be able to connect your computer equipment directly to the router (wi-fi not an option)
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Knowledge of call center software and technology
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
- Experience working in a family-owned business or similar environment
