Key Responsibilities

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand knowledge of the industry, processes, and technologies used by arenaflex
  • Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, working collaboratively with the e-Fulfilment and e-Filing team to resolve problems and improve processes
  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to perform tasks and complete projects, maintaining proficiency and staying up-to-date with new technologies and tools

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered an asset and will be given preference
  • High school diploma or GED required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining a high level of quality and productivity
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
