Job Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Internal Body Shop, ensuring seamless execution of our Authorized Collision Program. As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the liaison between our Customer Claim Specialists, Body Shop, and customers, coordinating various aspects of the repair process. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work scheduling maintenance to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution
  • Prepare for vehicle arrivals, including coordinating logistics and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
  • Manage WARP and CCC arrivals, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Communicate with customers to set expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the repair process
  • Coordinate rental arrangements and handoffs, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
  • Provide regular vehicle status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Reorder materials and components as needed to maintain a smooth repair process
  • Conduct repair reviews and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to our customers

Essential Qualifications

  • A certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair is preferred, demonstrating your expertise in the field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations, ensuring you can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office experience is preferred, as you'll be working with various software applications to manage and coordinate repairs
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

  • Previous experience in a collision repair environment, demonstrating your familiarity with industry practices and procedures
