Job Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Internal Body Shop, ensuring seamless execution of our Authorized Collision Program. As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the liaison between our Customer Claim Specialists, Body Shop, and customers, coordinating various aspects of the repair process. Key Responsibilities

• Work scheduling maintenance to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
• Act as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution
• Prepare for vehicle arrivals, including coordinating logistics and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
• Manage WARP and CCC arrivals, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Communicate with customers to set expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the repair process
• Coordinate rental arrangements and handoffs, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
• Provide regular vehicle status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Reorder materials and components as needed to maintain a smooth repair process
• Conduct repair reviews and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to our customers

Essential Qualifications

• A certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair is preferred, demonstrating your expertise in the field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations, ensuring you can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office experience is preferred, as you'll be working with various software applications to manage and coordinate repairs
